For more than 20 years I have been a business consultant and company director. I have held senior governance and strategy consulting roles with a variety of organisations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, National Australia Bank and Ernst & Young – in Australia and the UK.

I have also sat on numerous public, private and not for profit boards covering sectors such as, financial services, education, the arts, retail and professional services.
